Tuesday Noon-1:15 Swan River Yoga

Tuesday 4:30-5:45pm Restorative Yoga & Thai Therapeutics

Tuesday 6:00-7:30 Jivamukti Yoga

Wednesday

4:30-5:45pm Jivamukti Yoga

6-7pm Sound Bath

Thursday

5:30-9:30 Swan School Teacher Training.

*400 Hour Swan School Yoga Teacher Training, 100 Hour Paramahamsa Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, Reiki Attunements 1-3, Restorative Yoga Teacher Training, Bhakti Immersion, Ayurveda Training and/or Prenatal Teacher Training will be in session during this time slot throughout the year.
